As a third generation leader of the family-owned company, Chris was named CEO in 2015 in addition to his role as President. His responsibilities include global strategic direction and long-range planning. Chris joined SICO^® in 1999. He served in various capacities throughout the organization domestically and internationally becoming deeply involved in all aspects of the business. Prior to becoming CEO and President, he was General Manager in Australia; President of SICO^® America; President of the Asian Strategic Business Unit of Japan, Singapore and China; and Managing Director of SICO^® Europe. Before joining SICO^®, Chris served 12 years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Mathematics.

As President & Chief Operating Officer of SICO^® America, Ken is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of SICO’s largest business. Ken’s experience includes more than 25 years in senior and executive leadership roles in a number of companies: Director of Strategic Marketing at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, President of Shaw Contract Flooring – Minnesota, Regional Vice President Shaw Contracting Flooring overseeing 15 commercial flooring contractors in the United States and Vice President of Sales & Field Operations for Lifetouch. Since joining SICO^® in 2008 as Vice President of Sales, Ken was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2012 and President in 2013. Ken holds both an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an executive MBA from the University of Minnesota.

John brings more than 30 years of financial experience and leadership. Prior to joining the SICO^® team, John was Senior Director of Audit Services at Ecolab in St. Paul, Minnesota. Before that, he spent nineteen years at Imation in Oakdale, Minnesota, where he held the positions of Controller and Chief Audit Executive, in addition to multiple finance leadership roles. John holds a degree in Accounting from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He is also certified in APICS Production and Inventory Management and in IIA Risk Management Assurance.
