Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB)
Inaugurated in November 2022, Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB) is an Award-winning World’s Leading Exhibition and Convention Centre, and the newest MICE venue in the Middle East.
EWB offers world-class flexibility in design with multiple space configurations, ideally suited for exhibitions, conventions, gala events, banquets, corporate launches, concerts, family entertainment, and special events. With a total exhibition space of 95,000 sqm across 10 halls, featuring a Grand Hall with up to 4,000 seat capacity, 95 meeting rooms, 19 translation booths, 14 organiser’s offices, 3 majlis, 4 chorus and dressing rooms, 3 bridal suites and 25 restaurants, cafes, and retail experiences.
Exhibition World Bahrain is owned by the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA) and is operated by BTEA’s strategic partner; ASM Global, the world’s largest and leading venue management and event services company. ASM Global turned to SICO to supply a durable staging system that offers flexibility for various staging configurations in size, height and ramp access. As well as offering the ease of a fast set-up in the shortest time possible with the least manpower needed as possible to set-up the stage in whatever variation needed. SICO supplied the Venue Maker Pro™ staging system that with is versatility allows for virtually any configuration of stage needed, and thanks to the simplicity and flexibility the system can easily be set-up or dismantled in record time.
The Venue Maker Pro™ (VMP) Stage* is in a class of its own. With its patent pending design, top levelling system, unique guardrail attachment and V-shaped frame for easy access under the stage, the VMP is ready to take on your venue’s next performance with ease.
SICO® Venue Maker Pro Performance Stage (VMP) KEY FEATURES:
- Stage Deck – Multi-Layer Construction: A cellular honeycomb core is bonded between two 3/8” (.95cm) plywood substrates which is lightweight, strong and very quiet
- Frame – Commercial Grade Steel: High-quality steel ensures longevity of the stage’s rigidity and durability of the welds for the lifetime of the stage. Step-Through Design: V-shape frame allows for storage and easy access underneath the stage deck while in use.
- PIN Connectors – Top Levelling: (Available) Fine tune the level plane from above the deck surface. Greatly reduce set-up and levelling time. 4-Way Bridging: Bridge decks in any direction to lower the number of frames needed. 4
- Compact Storage The smallest storage footprint of any stage in its class. Roll or forklift into and out of use.
